Job description
Engine is the AI-enabled travel and spend management platform trusted by thousands of businesses. We seek a Total Rewards leader to elevate compensation, benefits, and equity to attract, motivate, and retain top talent as we scale.
Reporting to the CPO, you will partner with the ELT, shape forward-looking pay philosophy, and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires strategic vision and hands-on execution across multi-market hiring.
