Job description
Luxottica in New York City seeks a Director of Compensation to partner with North America leadership on design, governance, and analytics for base pay, incentives, and related processes.
You will lead system governance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Legal to deliver scalable, compliant pay practices. A CCP is preferred for advancement in a large retail/wholesale environment.
