Job description
Endologix is seeking a Director of Total Rewards to design, implement, and manage compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals and governance standards. You will lead equity plans, merit and incentive processes, and partner with Finance and Legal on complex 409A valuations and SEC disclosures.
