Treeline Biosciences, Inc. in Watertown, NY is seeking a Director of Total Rewards & HRIS to design and run compensation, benefits, and HR systems for a growing biotech organization. You’ll shape pay philosophy and equity practices while ensuring accurate people data and audit-ready disclosures.
You will lead benchmarking, benefits strategy, HRIS governance, and data reporting to support executive decisions as we scale.
