Job description
Premera seeks a Director, Total Rewards to define and lead the enterprise Total Rewards strategy, aligning compensation, benefits, and wellness with business priorities and workforce needs. You will shape a multi‑year roadmap and advise senior leaders on governance and investments.
You will build a high‑performing Total Rewards team, oversee vendor governance, and ensure regulatory alignment while leveraging analytics to optimize rewards programs and retention outcomes.
