Ellsworth Corporation – Director, Total Rewards
Ellsworth Corporation is a global, industry-leading distributor of specialty chemicals and adhesive manufacturer. This role reports to corporate headquarters in Germantown, WI and requires an in-office/hybrid work schedule.

The Director, Total Rewards will design, implement, and manage comprehensive total rewards programs that align with company goals, attract top talent, and enhance employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization’s total rewards strategy (compensation, HRIS, benefits) aligning with business objectives and company culture.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals in compensation, benefits, and HRIS.
Design and manage competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses to maintain competitiveness and compliance.
Evaluate, design, and manage employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other ancillary benefits.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage relationships with external vendors and brokers.

Qualifications
8–10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience in developing and managing complex total rewards strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred certifications: Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), or similar.
Demonstrated ability to drive positive employee experience using Total Rewards programs.
Strong partnership, communication, and influence skills across all levels, including senior leaders and external partners.
Strong verbal and written communication with an emphasis on active listening.
Proactive problem solving: identify issues, develop multiple solutions, present recommendations to achieve ROI.
Occasional domestic travel.
