Job description
CW Talent Solutions is partnering with a global investment firm to hire a Director, Trading Systems Operations to join their team in Austin, TX.
Lead a small, high-impact trading operations team supporting mission-critical global trading systems across 17 countries and a book exceeding $1B.
Strong experience in technical operations and/or technical team leadership
Strong Linux, Bash and/or Python skills
Experience with cloud infrastructure and networked systems
Strong programming and scripting ability
Experience leading technical projects from start to finish
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in an automated trading environment is a plus
BS in Computer Science or another technical field preferred
