Job description
We are looking for an experienced Transformation & Process Optimization leader to provide interim leadership across enterprise transformation, process improvement, analytics, and program execution.
This person will quickly assess the current environment, establish priorities, improve governance and execution, and drive high-impact transformation initiatives. The role will also help build and scale an Analytics Hub / Center of Excellence (COE) and establish a sustainable operating model, governance framework, processes, KPIs, and execution standards.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on transformation leader who can work with senior executives, lead cross-functional teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver measurable business results in a short period of time.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, operational excellence, continuous improvement, process optimization, or complex program delivery.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or comparable process-improvement certification.
Strong experience leading enterprise transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Experience developing and implementing an operating model, including roles, responsibilities, processes, decision rights, and ways of working.
Strong experience building and implementing governance frameworks, including governance structure, decision-making, reporting, KPIs, risk management, and escalation processes.
Proven program/project/portfolio management experience with multiple cross-functional initiatives.
Experience establishing execution frameworks, SOPs, intake processes, prioritization models, and delivery standards.
Experience building, launching, or scaling a Center of Excellence (COE), ideally an Analytics/Data/Technology COE.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior executives and business leaders.
Experience identifying process gaps, eliminating waste, improving workflows, and delivering measurable operational and financial improvements.
Strong financial and business acumen, including business cases, benefits tracking, forecasting, and executive reporting.
Experience leading employees, contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to quickly enter a complex environment, assess issues, establish priorities, and start delivering results with limited ramp-up.
Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment and making decisions independently.
Preferred Skills
Experience building an Analytics Hub / Analytics COE from the ground up.
Experience with data analytics, data science, AI, or emerging technologies.
Experience in technology-enabled business transformation.
Experience developing enterprise operating models and target operating models (TOM).
Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma / Operational Excellence frameworks.
Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience managing third-party vendors and consulting partners.
Experience with organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
Experience developing KPIs, OKRs, dashboards, performance metrics, and benefits realization frameworks.
Experience creating transition and knowledge-transfer plans to leave a sustainable operating model after the interim engagement.
