Job description
Salem Health Hospitals & Clinics in Long Branch, NJ, is seeking a Director of Trauma and Acute Care Surgery to lead the new Acute Care Surgery division at Monmouth Medical Center. This role combines 80% clinical responsibilities with administrative tasks and on-call coverage.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership in establishing a comprehensive Acute Care Surgery program, oversee Emergency General Surgery and Trauma Response systems, and actively participate in teaching and research efforts.
