The L Suite? Sonar is seeking a Director of Legal for US Commercial to lead and scale the US Commercial Legal team in Austin, TX. This role partners with executives on contract terms, risk, and growth strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Ideal candidates will hold a JD with Bar admission and have 10+ years of commercial/tech legal experience, including SaaS and software licensing, IP, and data protection, with strong leadership skills and in-house experience.
