Director, US International Tax Strategy

Job description

Anthropic is seeking an International Tax Director to lead the US international tax function, including Subpart F, NCTI, BEAT and the foreign tax credit, and related subchapter C structures. This is a hands-on, technical role requiring memo-writing, modeling, and implementation oversight.

You will collaborate with M&A, Tax provision, transfer pricing, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting to integrate acquired entities, assess legislative changes, and guide executive decision-making.
