Job description
Fixated is building the operating infrastructure of the creator economy. The Director, US Media Sales will lead a talented team while managing a significant book of business, closing deals with brand-direct and agency partners, and driving growth across both Talent and CBM engines.
You’ll coach Account Executives, maintain rigorous forecasts, and collaborate with Talent, Content, and Media teams to craft proposals that creators will say yes to and that operations can deliver.
