Job description
CSL seeks a Director, US Reimbursement to shape and execute reimbursement strategy for its innovative biotherapies and vaccines. This leader will drive market access across commercial and government payers, guiding pricing, coverage, coding, and evidence plans that enable patient access to CSL therapies. Partnering closely with medical, commercial, and policy teams, the Director will oversee payer engagement, support product launches, and monitor evolving US reimbursement policy.
