Job description
Circle is seeking a seasoned Capital Markets leader to drive USDC adoption across repo and derivatives ecosystems. You will engage with dealers, regulators, and market infrastructure providers to align strategies, policies, and product execution.
This role blends market structure expertise with regulatory risk management and deal negotiations. The candidate will serve as an internal expert on capital markets, advising leadership on capital, liquidity, and operational benefits of USDC
