Job description
Riveron is seeking a Director for its RTS Value Creation team in San Jose. You will lead operational and financial diagnostics to drive EBITDA and cash flow improvements, partnering with Private Equity sponsors and senior management to execute measurable value creation initiatives.
You will guide cross-functional efforts across manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and commercial functions, translating insights into actionable plans and mentoring the engagement teams.
