Shaping and owning outcomes, the Director orchestrates clinical, operational, analytic, and payer stakeholders to design workflows, launch programs, and continuously sharpen performance. With a bias for action and accountability, this role builds the execution engine-using disciplined operating cadence, data-driven optimization, and relentless improvement and ensures results follow.

Responsibilities:

Own implementation and ongoing execution of partial risk contracts

Translate contract requirements into specific, operational initiatives

Partner with operations to build and deploy BPAs and workflow changes embedded in physician practice

Lead a weekly execution workgroup to drive timelines, adoption, and issue resolution

Manage Performance

Partner with Analytics/IT to build and use dashboards that track initiative execution and results

Monitor performance and actively course-correct when targets are missed

Work directly with payers to validate and improve reporting

Present implementation status and results to the President and steering committee

Own and maintain action tracker and facilitate payer JOCs as needed

Drive Improvement & Additional Initiatives

Identify and implement performance improvement opportunities

Support ad hoc payer, strategic, and enterprise initiatives as they arise, including analysis, partnership evaluation, and special projects

7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, payer contracting, value-based care, or related programs

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage, ACO REACH, and MSSP programs

Demonstrated experience supporting the execution of risk-based or value-based contracts

Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with teams such as utilization management and care management

Strong analytical and execution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategic objectives and day-to-day operations

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $125K-$188K, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.

At Duly Health and Care, we believe healthcare works best when it's personal, connected, and led by people who truly care. We are a physician-led medical group built on trusted relationships, teamwork, and a shared commitment to putting patients first in every decision we make. Our team members are caregivers, collaborators, problem-solvers, and leaders. Together, we show up with compassion, act with purpose, and take ownership of the care we deliver and the experience we create. Whether you're caring directly for patients or supporting the teams who do, your role matters here, and your voice is valued. We listen with intention, work as one, and challenge ourselves to keep improving, not for recognition, but because our patients, families, and communities count on us.

Innovation at Duly isn't about chasing what's next for its own sake. It's about finding better ways to deliver high-quality, affordable, and accessible care, today and into the future. If you're looking for meaningful work, supportive teammates, and the opportunity to help shape the future of care while staying grounded in compassion and community, you'll find your place at Duly.
