Design and oversee large-scale volunteer programs, including program concept, logistics, staffing, supplies, vendor management, and coordination with internal teams.

Work horizontally across Met Council's social service programs, Food Programs, Development, and other departments to develop and execute initiatives where volunteerism, community engagement, and development intersect.

Develop and manage an annual calendar of volunteer and engagement opportunities aligned with major holidays, cultural moments, agency priorities, and development opportunities.
