Role Overview
We are seeking a Director / VP of Business Development to drive strategic growth and expand enterprise relationships. This leader will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise engagements while helping position us as a trusted partner for AI-driven transformation.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role working directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale the company’s enterprise revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and close large enterprise opportunities ($1M–$10M+)
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of digital transformation and managed services deals
Position Client’s AI-powered services and data platforms to CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders
Strategic Relationship Development
Build executive relationships within telecom, technology, and Fortune 500 companies
Expand partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem players
Represent Client at industry events and strategic meetings
Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution
Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to develop winning proposals and solutions
Shape SOWs, pricing, and engagement structures
Market Expansion
Identify new sectors where Client’s AI workflow automation and data control layer can deliver value
Support the development of strategic partnerships and alliances
Ideal Candidate
10+ years in enterprise technology sales or business development
Experience selling AI, data platforms, digital transformation, or engineering services
Strong executive relationships within telecom, technology, or Fortune 500 companies
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing company
