Leverage an existing network and personal book of business to accelerate high-value member acquisition
Lead the end-to-end process for member acquisition, from identification to successful integration
Build a data-informed and driven pipeline targeting the world’s most influential brand leaders.
Drive revenue growth through personalized outreach, event attendance, strategic relationships, and curated invitations.
Partner with the President and SVP to align acquisition strategy with organizational vision and membership curation goals.
2. Relationship Architecture
Cultivate authentic, long-term relationships with top marketing and brand leaders.
Serve as a trusted advisor and connector, aligning members with opportunities for collaboration and cultural influence.
Lead executive-level conversations articulating the unique value of PTTOW!’s ecosystem.
3. Brand Storytelling & Positioning
Translate the PTTOW! mission into a compelling, ROI-driven narrative for brand leaders.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create high-impact touchpoints that showcase value — from forums to summits to curated brand experiences.
Ensure consistent, elevated communication with brand prospects and members.
4. Team Leadership & Systems
Implement scalable processes along with AI optimization and performance tracking systems to manage outreach, pipeline health, and conversion.
Partner cross-functionally with programming and experience teams to ensure seamless member integration and satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate
10+ years in senior sales, partnerships, or business development roles within brand, media, events and/or membership-driven environments.
Deep relationships and credibility with CMOs, marketing executives, media executives and brand decision-makers.
Proven track record in driving multi-million-dollar sales pipelines and closing high-value partnerships.
Strong storytelling and consultative sales skills — able to translate purpose and culture into business value.
Exceptional EQ and leadership ability with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
Passion for innovation, creativity, and shaping the future of culture and business.

As a membership sales executive, you will help architect the next chapter of PTTOW!’s growth — building a community that sits at the intersection of business, creativity, and cultural transformation.
