Role: Director / VP of Business Development (Enterprise Sales Hunter)
Location: Irvine, CA / Remote (US) – we prefer you working out of our Irvine office.

We are looking for a true Sales Hunter—someone who gets genuine energy from building relationships, opening doors, and bringing strategic value to C-suite executives.

What we need now is a trusted, well-connected dealmaker who can leverage their network, navigate enterprise procurement, and help lead our ambitious journey toward $500M in revenue over the next 5 years.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
A Connected Network: The ability to tap into your existing industry contacts to open doors and win new enterprise logos.
5+ Years in IT & Staffing Sales: Real-world experience selling IT staffing, MSP, or tech consulting services.
C-Level Credibility: An established contact list across enterprise tech, healthcare, financial services, or the public sector.
Proven Deal-Closing Ability: A clear track record of winning $1M+ annual contract value (ACV) deals.
An Entrepreneurial Spirit: You take real pride in your work, operate with high autonomy, and know how to build momentum from scratch.
