TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Women's and Children's Services for a prominent hospital in Plano, TX. This leadership role involves overseeing the Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and NICU services, managing approximately 175 FTEs.
The ideal candidate will have a BSN, a master’s degree, and significant experience in nursing and leadership. This position is full-time with no weekends, focusing on enhancing service quality and growth initiatives.
