Job description
CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Director of Women's Services to oversee the entire women's health service line. You will drive staffing, budgeting, quality, strategic planning, and satisfaction for patients and physicians.
Reporting to executive leadership, you will identify market opportunities, develop business plans, and implement new ventures while managing funds and the department's budget. You will ensure alignment of operations with clinical excellence and stakeholder trust.
