Job description
Triton College seeks a Director for the Workforce Empowerment Initiative (WEI) to provide strategic leadership, oversight of grants, and external partnerships. The role drives student recruitment, employer engagement, budgeting, and reporting across WEI consortium colleges.
The Director will supervise grant personnel, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with project requirements, delivering results within a grant-funded framework.
