Job description
Appcast seeks a Director of Customer Analytics & Workforce Insights to lead a team delivering client-facing labor market insights. You will guide analytics from data to actionable recommendations, shaping workforce planning and recruiting strategies with economic rigor.
You will partner with senior leaders and clients to translate market conditions into forward-looking insights, spanning wage trends, labor supply and demand, and geographic/demographic factors, enabling data-driven decisions.
