Job description
Rockwell Automation seeks a Director of Workforce Intelligence & Analytics to turn workforce data into decisive actions, partnering across HR and finance. You will align strategic planning with insights, lead model development, and deliver executive narratives to influence growth, cost, and capability decisions.
You will manage a team, integrate Workday/Visier/Power BI platforms, and partner with senior leaders to drive measurable outcomes and governance across talent and labor data.
