Job description
Salesforce in San Francisco seeks a Director, Workforce Operations to shape workforce strategy and scale operations across DET, Product Management, Finance, HR and Data Solutions. You will own end-to-end lifecycle from requisition to offer, develop real-time dashboards, and partner with senior leaders to turn business goals into hiring roadmaps and V2MOM plans.
This role requires 10+ years in workforce operations, strong analytical skills, experience with Workday, and an MBA or equivalent
