Reality Labs in Redmond, WA seeks a Director of the XR TPM team to lead the TPM organization driving CV/ML/AI development for next-generation AR/VR devices, and the software platform that powers them. This role requires strong cross-functional influence and a track record of large-scale program leadership.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in technical program management with software and hardware experience and a history of shipping consumer electronics and ML-enabled platforms.
