Job description
CITC seeks a Director/Sr. Director, Youth Education, to lead education efforts from early learning through high school in Alaska. You will drive career readiness and workforce development initiatives, partnering with districts, tribes, and employers to expand access and outcomes.
Lead the Cradle to Career framework, develop charter/alternative school strategies, and manage executive leadership for sustainable program growth and funding.
