Job description
The Director of the Youth Exploration & Career Navigation Hub at The Door will provide strategic leadership, guiding NYC's first hub to support youth as they explore career pathways, access education and employment opportunities, and build essential skills across multiple pathways.
The role oversees operations, partnerships, and outcomes, reporting to the Managing Director of Culinary Initiatives and Community Programming.
