Job description
Covenant House New Orleans is seeking a Director of Residential Services to provide strategic leadership across our residential programs, ensuring safety, quality, and dignity for youth. You will supervise the Care Center Manager and Transitional Housing Manager, while collaborating across departments to meet regulatory and program standards.
You will lead trauma-informed care initiatives, oversee incident reporting, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
