Job description
HEI Civil seeks an experienced Dirt Foreman to lead earthwork operations in Waco, TX. You will supervise crews, coordinate excavation, grading, site prep, and road projects, ensuring safety and compliance with project specs.
You will plan labor, equipment, and subcontractor needs, maintain daily production records, and mentor crew members to maximize efficiency while delivering on schedule and quality standards.
