Disaster Restoration TechnicianServiceMaster of Charleston is a disaster restoration company specializing in water, fire, and mold damage mitigation. For over 42 years, we've built a reputation for quality work throughout the Tri-County area, helping homeowners and businesses recover quickly and completely after a disaster strikes. Join our team as a Disaster Restoration Technician!Responsibilities:Perform water pumping and extraction at residential and commercial job sitesConduct mold remediation following industry safety protocolsRemove and dispose of damaged building materialsDetermine water category and class; perform moisture mapping using industry equipmentClean up after fire damage, including smoke and soot removalSet up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers) to industry drying standardsDocument job site conditions, moisture readings, and progress through daily photos and notesCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers, coworkers, and project managersMaintain, clean, and properly store company equipment and vehiclesFollow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPEParticipate in on-call rotation as needed for emergency responseCompensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
