Pay Range $53.71 - $60.00 Per Hour (Depending on Years of Experience)Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking a Full-Time RN Discharge Planner to join our team at Maryland Correctional Institution for Women located in Jessup, Maryland.The RN Discharge Planner is responsible for coordinating patient discharge planning from a correctional setting.
