Job description
The Support Specialist is responsible for providing assistance and resolving issues for customers in need of support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with various departments to find solutions. The Support Specialist will primarily work from our office in Rancho Cordova, CA, responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
