Job description
GenScript Biotech Corp. is seeking a Head of Business Development, Discovery to lead the growth of ProBio’s Discovery services in the U.S.
You will develop and execute commercial strategies, guide a small BD team, and build strategic customer relationships with academic, biotech and pharma clients. You will drive opportunities from initial engagement to proposal and award, collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand Discovery into downstream CDMO services and ensure sustainable revenue
