Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable team members to join our culinary to provide exceptional support to our kitchen. This is team-focused environment where everyone works together to create a great guest experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Set up, operate, and break down commercial dish machine, while monitoring water temperature and chemical levels.
· Ware Washing: Scrape, rinse, load, and unload dishware, flatware, pots, Hand-washing large or delicate items as needed.
· Area Sanitation; Keep machine and area clean and clear of any debris, sweep and mop floors, empty trash and linens to proper dumpsters at the end of the shift.
· Stocking: Restock clean dishes and utensils promptly to assigned kitchen and service stations.
· Kitchen Support: Assist chefs and cooks with basic prep tasks, and maintaining back of house hygiene standards.
Qualifications and requirements
· Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for full shifts (up to 8 hours) and frequently bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 #.
· Safety Knowledge: Understanding of basic chemical safety, sanitation rules, and health department regulations.
· Self Starter: Ability to be proactive and independently solve problems while taking initiative with minimal supervision.
