Beztak is looking to hire a Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, cleaning dishes, as well as ensuring kitchen equipment and utensils are clean and in an orderly condition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Maintains high sanitation standards for china, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils
Ensures that the dishwashing area along with the entire kitchen/s are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards
Sorts and rinses dirty dishes, glasses, tableware and other cooking utensils and places them in racks to send through dish machine
Sorts and stacks clean dishes
Sweeps and mops floors, fills and empties soak tubs with cleaning/sanitizing solutions
Cleans the kitchen refrigerators, ceiling air vents and other kitchen equipment
Wipes up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry and clean
Lifts and carry racks of dishes, glassware and other utensils
Provides general assistance to cooks and chefs
Work in a high-pressure environment, interacting with challenging residents and vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, exhibiting effective interpersonal skills
Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION: One-year experience in a full-service restaurant
BACKGROUND CHECK PROCESS:
Beztak and All Seasons complete pre-employment testing in accordance with company policies and all state-requirements. This includes criminal background checks, fingerprinting (where applicable) and drug testing.
Florida applicants please visit: for specific state information regarding Level 2 ACHA requirements.
Arizona applicants will need to obtain a fingerprint clearance card, TB test and clear the Adult Protective Services registry.
Michigan applicants will need to take a TB test and complete fingerprinting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This position will occasionally be required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop or kneel and climb stairs. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT This job operates in a kitchen environment. This role routinely uses sinks and dishwashers and tools to clean kitchen appliances.
Employees in this role are frequently exposed to hot water, potentially slippery floors, garbage disposals and cleaning chemicals.
You will also periodically be confined to a vehicle.
