Job description
Join Marriott as a PM Dishwasher supporting our busy hotel restaurant operations. In this evening role, you’ll operate commercial dish machines, hand-wash pots and pans, and maintain a clean, safe dish room that meets strict sanitation standards. Responsibilities include sorting and rinsing wares, loading racks, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and restocking clean items to kitchen and service areas. You’ll work closely with cooks and servers during peak service, uphold Marriott’s hygiene and safety policies, and help close down the kitchen each night, supporting an outstanding guest dining experience.
