Compensation
Employees will begin at $10.00 per hour during a probationary period . Upon successful completion of the probationary period, employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality, teamwork, and overall job performance will be considered for a wage increase. Compensation adjustments will be based on performance and the ability to meet job expectations consistently.

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Requirements
Responsibilities
Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
Take out trash and recycling.
Sweep and mop kitchen floors.
Restock kitchen supplies and assist kitchen staff as needed.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
