Dishwasher / Kitchen Helper - Alto Wheaton
Wheaton, IL | Part-Time | 11:00am-7:00pm

What You'll Do:
Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
Maintain a clean, organized kitchen throughout every shift
Support the culinary team with basic prep and kitchen tasks as needed
Restock supplies and keep stations ready throughout the shift
Be a dependable, team-first presence in a well-run kitchen
What We're Looking For: At least 18 years of age
6+ months of food service or kitchen experience - preferred but not required
Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Must pass a background screening

The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to set tables, bus tables, wash dishes, assist the Cook as needed, and complete cleaning duties.
Areas of Responsibility Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware, and utensils.
Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.
Work as part of the Dining Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the kitchen.
Help contribute to high quality Dining Services operations by paying attention to food presentation and taste, and courteous responses to residents and associates during meal service.

Required Qualifications Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Must have an awareness of safety practices.
Must have a positive Criminal Background Screening.

Preferred Qualifications Minimum of six (6) months food service (or related field) preferred.
