Job description
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a role that supports the smooth operation of our kitchen. This position plays an important part in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient environment so the culinary team can deliver a great experience for guests.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
Sort, stack, and store clean items in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness of the dish area, kitchen surfaces, and related workspaces.
Remove trash, recycling, and kitchen waste according to company procedures.
Assist with basic kitchen support tasks as needed.
Follow health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
Report equipment issues, supply shortages, or maintenance concerns promptly.
Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
Previous kitchen or cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.
