Dishwasher Position
Granite State Gaming & Hospitality, a subsidiary of G2 Gaming, is committed to supporting community nonprofit organizations in New Hampshire through innovative entertainment, hospitality and gaming experiences. Our accomplished team of industry professionals have more than 150 years of experience and are ready to take charitable gaming to a whole new level; creating world-class venues, infusing more economic opportunities into the markets we serve while helping New Hampshire nonprofits thrive. We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.
As a Dishwasher, you'll keep the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use. You'll maintain a clean, organized work environment and assist with basic food prep when needed.
What You'll Do
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines
Keep dishwashing, kitchen, and trash disposal areas clean
Organize and store cleaned items properly
Assist with food prep and unloading kitchen deliveries
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
Support kitchen staff during peak times and special events
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus
Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Teamwork and communication skills
What We Require
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in hot, noisy, and smoky environments
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
