Clarendale at Indian Lake is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community. This position has a full-time dishwasher position focused on working days/evenings (will not work past 8pm and no late nights!). Must be willing to do rotation weekends.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher:
Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
Responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance, and presentation standards always.
Exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards always.
Maintain workstations in proper order. Clean and put away items both graciously and courteously.
Thoroughly keeping area clean, dispensing any dirty water, trash, and food properly.
Lending a hand when needed within the culinary department.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required
Experience in food service work preferred
Experience in working with seniors preferred
This position will offer a sign on bonus of $1000, yearly stay bonuses upon anniversary dates, and shift bonuses when warranted for coverage. Must be available to work some weekends. Benefits will also be offered such as PTO, medical/vision/dental insurance, and 401k. Pay will vary but will start $14.50/hr and range to $15.50/hr. Any wage can be negotiable upon request and years of experience.
