You Are:
EXPERIENCED: Previous scheduling / dispatch experience is a plus, preferred in construction or related industry; previous customer service experience
TECHNICAL: Proficient in data entry and reporting in ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Email
ANALYTICAL: Critical thinker with strong attention to detail; ability to problem-solve with creative solutions
A SELF-STARTER: Utilize time management to successfully manage multiple competing priorities; ask questions and seek out information
A COMMUNICATOR: Effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to varied levels of audiences
What You’ll Do:
COORDINATE: Answer inbound service and repair calls from customers, enter orders and dispatch service based on urgency and location
ACCOUNTING FUNCTIONS: Issue purchasing orders, vendor invoices, collections, and billing
ORGANIZE: Prioritize customer requests, prepare daily routes, and schedule technicians
CONTACT: Communicate with technicians regarding job status and help to resolve customer concerns
DOCUMENT: Process completed job orders, administer contracts, and update client files
