Could you be the full-time onsite DOC Specialist in Los Angeles, CA, US we're looking for?Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your technical and regulatory expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates. You'll make a significant impact by minimizing the effects of mechanically related "in-service" issues on the traveling public. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (operating crews, dispatch center staff), provide technical assistance and guidance to crew members troubleshooting mechanical problems, support the development of Risk Assessments, review HSE processes and procedures to ensure compliance, and much more."We'll look to you for:Providing technical expertise to resolve mechanical issues efficiently.Supporting operating crews in troubleshooting equipment problems.Offering guidance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Collaborating with the dispatch center to optimize train cycles and minimize disruptions.Developing and reviewing Risk Assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Ensuring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes align with company and regulatory requirements.Maintaining strong technical knowledge to address evolving challenges.Proactively identifying opportunities to improve operational resilience.Supporting a culture of continuous learning and adaptability within the team.Reviewing and enhancing HSE procedures to ensure compliance at all levels of the business.All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
