Service Coordinator/DispatcherAAdvantage Laundry Systems is a leading distributor of commercial laundry equipment, proudly serving a wide range of industries including hospitality, healthcare, laundromats, and multi-housing. With decades of experience, we are known for our top-tier equipment, responsive service, and reliable support. We are currently seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our team in our Garland, TX office.As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you will be the front line of our service department—handling customer service requests, scheduling technicians, and ensuring smooth communication between our customers and service team.Key responsibilities include:Answering inbound phone calls and responding to emails from customers requesting service on commercial laundry equipmentAccurately entering service requests into our dispatching systemCoordinating and scheduling service calls for assigned field techniciansCommunicating with customers regarding service status, technician arrival times, and follow-up needsTroubleshooting basic service issues and providing support or escalation as neededMonitoring technician workloads and adjusting scheduling to optimize efficiencyEnsuring all service tickets are completed accurately and closed in a timely mannerQualifications:Previous experience in a dispatcher, coordinator, or customer service role (preferred in service/repair industry)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced office environmentExperience with Salesforce or Microsoft Business Central (a plus)Positive attitude and a commitment to great customer serviceWhat we offer:Full-time, on-site position in Garland, TXCompetitive pay based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysGrowth opportunities in a stable and growing companyApply today to become a key part of a team that keeps businesses running and customers satisfied.
