UGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing DispatcherUGI Heating, Cooling & Plumbing has served homeowners in Pennsylvania for over a century. Our team of talented, experienced and continuously trained technicians specialize in residential HVAC services. UGI was acquired by HomeServe in 2020. HomeServe, a certified Great Place to Work, values honesty, respect, collaboration, innovation and delivering exceptional customer service, all while working in a fun and friendly environment.The primary role of the Dispatcher is to schedule and route technicians based on skill levels, job requirements, and availability by service territory.The hourly pay range for this role is $18-$23/hour and comes with an impressive full suite of benefits, listed below.Responsibilities:Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate the logistics to install parts.Utilize system software to communicate to Customer Service Representatives of scheduling capabilities.Assist Service Technicians, Supervisors, Managers and Customer Service Representatives daily.Manage technician's workload to achieve compliance goals.Communicate any service concern /issues.Responsible for creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers.Must remain agile and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.Requirements:Dispatch ExperienceExcellent Organization SkillsExcellent Communication SkillsQuick ThinkerProblem SolverAble to work in a fast pace environmentEnjoy Providing exceptional customer serviceFlexibility to work overtimeStrong written and verbal communication skills, with in depth knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and WindowsHigh school diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with the operation of HVAC Systems a plus.
