About the Role:
We are seeking a highly responsive Dispatcher to oversee last-mile delivery operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role requires quick decision-making, problem-solving, and strong communication skills to ensure seamless coordination between drivers, clients, and dispatch teams. The ideal candidate is process-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure while maintaining a structured and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
Driver & Route Management: Assign, monitor, and adjust delivery routes in real-time for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Resolve last-minute delivery issues, driver delays, and customer concerns with confidence.
Communication & Coordination: Maintain constant contact with drivers, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth deliveries.
Process Execution & Optimization: Follow and refine dispatching protocols to maximize efficiency and service quality.
Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance metrics such as delivery times, success rates, and route efficiencies.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with last-mile delivery operations and logistics best practices.
