Job description
Green Thumb Industries Inc. is seeking a General Manager for the RISE Dispensary in Minnesota. You will lead a diverse team, drive everyday operations, and deliver memorable customer experiences while ensuring safety, compliance, and strong financial results.
You’ll coach leaders, ensure omni‑channel consistency, and partner with the community. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience, strong retail/supervisory background, and cannabis industry familiarity are expected.
