Job description
iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Dispensary Lead at the MPX dispensary in Pennsauken, NJ. The role reports to the Retail General Manager and oversees daily dispensary operations, ensuring patient-centric service and regulatory compliance.
You will lead a team, balance cash and inventory, and uphold company policies while coordinating with the Delivery Manager and weekly meetings. Minimum 21+, prior retail leadership experience preferred.
